Here at Reach students study Information and Communication Technologies as a core subject and as an optional Key Stage 4 qualification.
Digital literacy is the ability to use information and communication technologies to find, evaluate, create, and communicate information, requiring both cognitive and technical skills.
At Reach we give students these skills and teach them how to use them safely.
Students will study a range of topics from Internet Safety to computer programming.
At Key stage 4.
Students have the option to study for BTEC IT Users qualification. This course gives students practical skills in IT that they can use in industry, in further education and at home.
